Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' needs and diagnostic concerns, utilizing interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Design and implement individualized therapeutic strategies that are tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Provide group, family, and individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic care plan that optimizes client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring up-to-date records in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
