Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to identify their concerns and goals effectively.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, applying evidence-based strategies to treat a variety of mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions aimed at strengthening relational dynamics and addressing communication issues to nurture healthier connections.

• Create personalized treatment plans by setting clear objectives, interventions, and measurable outcomes that align with each client’s personal goals.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring appropriate care and follow-up.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources to foster informed recovery.

• Maintain meticulous client records that include assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with strict legal, ethical standards, and our organization’s protocols.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practice, ensuring confidentiality and informed consent is consistently respected.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
