Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to understand their mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and therapeutic needs.

• Provide ongoing counseling and therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and crisis intervention.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and treatment progress following HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and social workers, to ensure coordinated care.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development to refine counseling skills and techniques.

• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to policy development to improve service delivery at the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LPC will focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
