Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, including their history, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Design and implement individualized therapy strategies based on research-backed methodologies, addressing varying issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance care coordination and support client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards, ensuring transparency in client interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of three years of professional counseling experience, particularly in a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
