Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our state-of-the-art outpatient treatment center, you will engage in a variety of impactful responsibilities, including:

• Group Therapy: Conduct interactive group sessions to facilitate peer connections, allowing clients to share experiences and insights while fostering a sense of community.

• Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic, one-on-one counseling sessions where you help clients delve into their thoughts and emotions, developing personalized coping strategies to meet their specific needs.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans designed to address their unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track client progress, ensuring effective treatment strategies are in place and adapting plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often grapples with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your role will be crucial in providing the support they need to overcome obstacles and build a brighter future.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, employees are entitled to a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education support, as well as reimbursement for required CEUs.
