Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions designed to foster connection, shared experiences, and learning among clients, promoting a sense of community.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to support clients in exploring thoughts and feelings and developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and aspirations, ensuring a client-centered approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Texas is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
