Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of vital activities:

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress, discuss future appointments, and determine appropriate discharge planning when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous records, including progress notes and documentation for each client interaction, in compliance with telehealth regulations.

• Conduct intake evaluations to gather comprehensive background information and assess client needs.

• Facilitate a predetermined number of individual therapy sessions each week using evidence-based practices.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to ensure continued professional development and best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to create a cohesive support system for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is specifically focused on youth, meaning your caseload will predominantly include children and adolescents navigating various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• A current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory.

• Ability to adhere to internal credentialing standards in appropriate clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals facing mental health issues and/or substance misuse challenges.

• Experience in evaluation, diagnosis, and delivering both individual and group therapy is essential.

• Proficient in computer applications, including basic keyboard skills, to accurately document client interactions and manage schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n
