This role is designed for a therapist seeking a flexible work environment. The successful candidate will work a Monday to Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions aimed at fostering connection and shared learning among clients. Help clients navigate their experiences while promoting peer support.

• Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling using personalized approaches that delve into clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Develop and implement tailored action plans to guide clients toward their goals.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, realistic treatment plans. Understand each client’s unique circumstances and preferences to deliver the most effective care.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and evaluate client progress using various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure treatment effectiveness and to make necessary adjustments.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care and consult on complex cases.

In this role, you will primarily support young adults facing a range of mental health issues, including mood disorders and anxiety. Qualifications\n
