Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Lead engaging and interactive group sessions where clients can share their experiences, learn from one another, and build a supportive community.

• Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling sessions that explore clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping them develop effective coping strategies and actionable plans for improvement.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique needs and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and track each client's progress using evaluation tools, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other therapists and healthcare professionals to coordinate care, share insights on complex cases, and ensure continuity in treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults facing mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. By utilizing evidence-based practices, you will help clients navigate their individual journeys toward recovery and self-discovery. Your role will be instrumental in guiding them toward building resilience and establishing healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Georgia.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment , specifically with clients experiencing mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings.

• A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a passion for fostering positive change in the lives of clients.

• Proficiency in clinical skills such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and effective documentation practices.

• Experience implementing therapeutic strategies in virtual formats, utilizing telehealth techniques.

• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and a willingness to continue professional development through ongoing education and training.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
