Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic services, including evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, engaging clients in meaningful discussions that facilitate personal growth and emotional healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records that comply with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is essential, particularly in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other related technologies is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
