Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions wherein clients can share experiences, provide mutual support, and learn coping strategies, thereby enhancing their interpersonal skills and reducing feelings of isolation.

• Individual Counseling: Conduct one-on-one sessions that delve into clients' thoughts and emotions, helping them navigate their challenges through personalized interventions and empowering them to develop solid coping mechanisms.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design customized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, aspirations, and personal goals, ensuring that they are active participants in their healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
