Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique emotional and psychological needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups grounded in evidence-based practices and methodology.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy tailored to meet specific client requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to offer comprehensive care that supports positive client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress through our electronic health record system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population experiencing a range of challenges including stress management, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, conflicts, and trauma. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care that addresses their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Georgia.
\n
• Two or more years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

• Experience working in a community health setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
