Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status to create tailored psychotherapy plans that address individual needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Regularly monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans, ensuring they remain effective and relevant.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately through secure telehealth platforms, while adhering to HIPAA compliance and other relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or counseling setting, demonstrating the ability to manage diverse patient needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
