Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status to identify anxiety, depression, trauma, or other psychological challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate meaningful therapeutic change.

• Foster a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages clients to engage openly in the counseling process.

• Provide appropriate referrals to additional mental health services or specialists when necessary to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
