Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their goals and feedback into the therapeutic process.

• Monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all sessions and treatment plans while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate support groups to address specific issues faced by clients, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients who come from various backgrounds and face different challenges, including individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will actively support clients from all walks of life, including marginalized communities, thereby expanding your expertise in culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• Valid LPCC license in the state of California.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; a Master’s Degree or higher in counseling or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Strong understanding of mental health theories, practices, and ethical guidelines.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
