Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique needs and develop personalized therapeutic strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, as well as individual and family counseling to address diverse mental health issues.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure holistic patient care and integrate various treatment modalities effectively.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work extensively with a variety of client populations, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise will be essential in providing support and interventions that can lead to significant improvements in their well-being and daily functioning. Our focus is particularly on helping those with limited access to care, ensuring they receive the mental health support they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical environment.

• Strong knowledge of ethical standards and legal regulations governing mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with diverse clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
