Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments to identify clients’ counseling needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, employing varied therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in regular reviews and adjustments of treatment protocols based on client progress and feedback, maintaining a focus on achieving optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to deliver comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to facilitate seamless continuity of care.
