Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and share a structured weekly schedule of appointments and home visits with supervisors, ensuring organized monitoring of client engagement and care efforts.

• Coordinate necessary home visits, managing in-home observations and participant interviews to further inform treatment approaches.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness across different care areas.

• Maintain up-to-date and precise documentation, including monthly and quarterly progress notes, while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Organize and lead training sessions for staff, ensuring that all team members are proficient in executing the clinical programs and proper documentation practices.

• Provide ongoing support through follow-up interviews and home visits to ensure patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their evolving needs.

• Act as a liaison with the mental health community to advocate for patient interests and collaborate on developmental goals.
