Key Responsibilities\n

As a Youth-Focused Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and professionalism.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, ensuring timely assessments for stability and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and regularly monitor effective person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Document all interactions and progress thoroughly to adhere to best practices and legal standards.
\n
• Administer comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations to determine the needs and goals of new clients.
\n
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions each week, focusing on the unique emotional and psychological challenges faced by youth.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to enhance your skills and address any clinical challenges that may arise.
\n
• Work alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and a well-coordinated treatment approach.

• Uphold a growth mindset, remaining open to new methodologies and continuing education in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth, including adolescents and young adults dealing with a range of mental health issues. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and substances use, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that resonate with younger populations.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• The ability to meet the standards for internal credentialing as required by clinical guidelines.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
