Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Holicare, you will:

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess progress, re-evaluate treatment plans, and discuss discharge options when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans that take into account each client's unique background and therapeutic needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress notes in compliance with internal and external standards.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients, gather relevant background information, and establish treatment goals.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions focused on client strengths, coping strategies, and growth.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice, receive feedback, and improve clinical skills.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support to clients, ensuring comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth clients, addressing a range of mental health challenges that may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
