Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing rapport and trust while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress and stability, ensuring appropriate follow-ups and planning for discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate progress notes in a timely manner, while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients, identifying their specific needs and creating an effective starting point for treatment.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, leveraging evidence-based practices to promote mental wellbeing.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions, collaborating with peers to refine skills and clinical approaches.

• Engage with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be youth clients, who face a variety of mental health challenges. You will work empathetically with young individuals, developing strategies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma. Understanding the developmental stage of youth is critical, as your therapeutic methods must resonate with their experiences and foster a supportive space where they can express themselves freely.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of one year of experience dealing with psychiatric clients and/or populations affected by substance abuse.

Compensation and Benefits\n
