Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, actively working to establish rapport and foster positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, coordinate upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge planning as needed.

• Create, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Document client interactions thoroughly, including maintaining up-to-date progress notes and managing assessment paperwork.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to establish initial client therapeutic needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Engage in weekly individual sessions as well as participate in continuous professional supervision to enhance therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with youth and adolescent clients facing various mental health challenges. This may include issues related to anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and substance use. Your role will be crucial in providing these young individuals with the support and strategic interventions needed to promote their mental well-being and overall development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in a mental health-related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• Ability to meet the internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric and/or substance abuse populations.

• Demonstrated experience conducting thorough assessments, formulating diagnoses, and providing both individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
