Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and quality care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training, staying informed on current mental health research and practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic approach to client treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who may experience various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many of our clients come from underserved communities where access to mental health services is limited, making your role vital in promoting equitable mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Proficient in utilizing EMR software for documentation and client record management.
\n
• Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
