Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized therapy plans for clients based on their unique needs and situations.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, aiming for measurable outcomes.

• Lead individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, integrating various therapeutic philosophies to guide clients through their mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, while utilizing EMR software to facilitate efficient record-keeping.

• Frequently collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care, sharing insights, strategies, and recommendations that contribute to clients' treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed on the latest practices and research in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide counseling services to a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
