Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and create tailored treatment plans that align with the individual goals and needs of clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, leveraging modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic and well-rounded care to clients.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) to reflect client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.

In this role, you will primarily provide counseling services to a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing short-term stress, work-life balance issues, relationship conflicts, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Pennsylvania.
