Key Responsibilities\n

The LPC will have a diverse set of responsibilities, which include:

• Conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Providing individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy sessions, adapting therapeutic approaches to fit the client’s specific challenges and circumstances.

• Working collaboratively with the psychiatry team and other clinical staff to plan and coordinate patient care, particularly for individuals requiring case management.

• Acting as the lead therapist in group settings, facilitating discussions and activities aimed at promoting healing and communication among participants.

• Maintaining compliance with both agency policies and ethical standards in all interactions and therapeutic practices.

• Conducting crisis intervention and triage evaluations as needed, ensuring that patients receive appropriate immediate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will serve a diverse client base, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
