Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and ongoing support to clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
