Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized therapy services. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Providing individual therapy sessions that may also include family and couples therapy to address relational dynamics and improve overall emotional wellness.

• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based treatments in your sessions.

• Continuously monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enable successful outcomes.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and effective referrals as needed.

• Documenting all therapy sessions and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a variety of client concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses, each with unique therapeutic needs and goals. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive compensation package includes:
