Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, groups, and couples, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment strategies are in place for all clients.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Victory Mind, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with mental health disorders, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families seeking support in times of stress. Our focus includes those seeking treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of care and therapeutic outcomes experienced by our patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, is essential.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, supplemented with bonuses.
