Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand clients' issues and formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.

• Provide high-quality counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and progress notes accurately in our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in maintaining client information and treatment records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Joyful Journey, you will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Common issues range from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a counseling setting, with a proven track record of effective client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
