Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to formulate appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs and clinical best practices.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, and as applicable, provide group, family, and marriage therapy tailored to client requirements.

• Administer mental health screenings, diagnostic assessments, and regular evaluations to track treatment efficacy and adapt care plans accordingly.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with primary care professionals, including physicians and support staff, to formulate integrated care strategies that holistically address patients’ behavioral, physical, and psychosocial concerns.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Participate in team meetings, contributing to policy development and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.

• Current active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
