This position offers a remote work setting that combines professional independence with the support of a dynamic team. You will work standard hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a healthy work-life balance with no expectations for evenings or weekends. This allows you to focus fully on your clients and your professional development in a dedicated outpatient practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to create a trustful therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discussing their well-being, any challenges they are facing, and potential next steps in their care plan.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific therapeutic goals and demonstrate measurable outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client to facilitate continuity of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, mental health histories, and specific needs.

• Engage in individual supervision and professional development to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices are followed.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, substance abuse disorders, mood disorders like depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety-related conditions, and eating disorders. Your ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the diverse needs of your clients is essential in providing effective care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation model operates on a Fee-for-Service basis, with guaranteed payment rates to ensure timely reimbursement for services provided.
