Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Provide group, family, and couple counseling sessions, developing strategies to improve relationships and resolve conflicts.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to other healthcare providers when necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Many of our clients may come from underprivileged backgrounds with limited access to traditional mental health services. By utilizing a remote telehealth model, you will have the opportunity to reach clients who may otherwise be unable to seek help, profoundly impacting their lives and communities.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience with a strong emphasis on practical application of therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
