The position is remote, allowing you to maintain an excellent work-life balance while working from the comfort of your own home. Our organization champions flexibility, offering full-time and part-time opportunities to meet your scheduling needs. The work schedule is predominantly Monday through Friday for full-time roles, with options for part-time therapists to work Monday to Saturday. Importantly, there are no weekend hours, allowing for personal time and relaxation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, integrating various perspectives and expertise into treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality and data security.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, workshops, and training to stay current with mental health trends and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
