In this full-time position, you will engage with clients in a supportive virtual environment, assess their mental health needs, and craft individualized therapeutic interventions. This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while maintaining the collaborative environment of our outpatient office. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no demands for evening or weekend hours, allowing you to enjoy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, assess stability, and plan for future appointments or discharges as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans specific to each client's unique needs.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to gather relevant information and facilitate the development of individualized treatment strategies.

• Document clinical findings and maintain accurate progress notes in accordance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers, to achieve comprehensive care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Connecticut.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure is built on a Fee-for-Service model, ensuring guaranteed rates and timely payments ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
