Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, empathy, and ethical practices.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, ensuring continuity of care.

• Design, implement, and supervise personalized treatment plans collaboratively developed with clients, aligning interventions with individual goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance with professional standards.

• Execute intake evaluations to effectively understand client needs and establish a foundation for treatment.

• Engage in weekly one-on-one supervision sessions with peers or supervisors to encourage professional growth and refinement of therapeutic techniques.

• Promote collaboration within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to align treatment and refine service delivery.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, skill enhancement workshops, and training sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year’s experience providing clinical counseling in an outpatient setting following graduation.
