Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic alliances and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, reassess treatment goals, and prepare for timely discharge when indicated.

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs and situations of each client.

• Document ongoing assessments and therapeutic progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Administer initial intake evaluations to assess client needs and determine appropriate course of treatment.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies and maintain a minimum of individual sessions weekly.

• Participate in one-on-one supervision and team meetings for continuous professional development and collaboration.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Proficiency in using various digital tools and platforms, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheet, Outlook, and PIMSY.
