Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships grounded in professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, ensuring ongoing support tailored to their evolving needs.

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans, engaging clients actively in their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and evaluations that reflect the client’s journey and achievements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine the needs and objectives of new clients, beginning their pathway to mental wellness.

• Commit to a set number of individual therapy sessions weekly, facilitating consistent client engagement and progress.

• Participate in regular one-on-one supervision for professional development and support.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers within the organization, contributing to a holistic approach to treatment.

• Adopt a continuous development mindset, utilizing available resources and training to enhance clinical skills and improve care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will encompass a varied clientele, ranging from children to adults, with a wide array of mental health concerns. By tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet each individual’s unique needs, you will contribute to significantly improved patient outcomes. Client interactions will include individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions aimed at fostering resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LPC licensure, with no restrictions.
\n
• A minimum of one year of professional experience in an outpatient clinical setting post-graduation.

• Proficient in using digital tools, including Excel spreadsheets, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and communication platforms like Outlook.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable conducting thorough intake assessments for new clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
