Key Responsibilities\n

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively. Specifically, responsibilities include:

• Establishing a rapport with clients and maintaining effective working relationships while upholding ethical standards.

• Conducting frequently scheduled sessions to monitor clients’ progress, evaluate stability, and determine readiness for discharge when applicable.

• Designing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, implementing individual therapy methods tailored to their needs.

• Managing comprehensive documentation that includes detailed progress notes and intake evaluations to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Conducting intake assessments to identify client needs and form the basis for customized treatment strategies.

• Meeting a predetermined number of individual sessions weekly, ensuring availability and commitment to client care.
\n
• Engaging with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Continuing to develop professionally through ongoing education and training opportunities.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Possess a current, unrestricted LPC license that allows for independent practice.

• Demonstrate at least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Exhibit proficiency in using technology, including RMS systems, Excel, and Outlook, to manage client information and documentation.
