Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and support appropriate treatment interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and therapeutic needs.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing trauma-informed practices that empower clients to navigate their personal challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records, including clinical notes and progress updates, in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Actively communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers to report on patient progress, address concerns, and coordinate care effectively.

• Facilitate crisis intervention as needed, addressing emotional and behavioral issues with sensitivity and professionalism.

• Collaborate closely with client families and support systems to support discharge planning and ongoing care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and stress-related disorders. Your role will entail not only providing therapeutic interventions but also fostering a supportive environment where clients can feel safe to engage in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this role.

• Active LPC licensure or an equivalent credential recognized by the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of three years of full-time experience in delivering mental health services, demonstrating clinical proficiency and understanding of best practices.

• Ability to work autonomously while being highly organized and self-directed in time management.
\n
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, to efficiently document client interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, health, and life insurance, as well as disability coverage.
