Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and establish personalized therapy strategies tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and integrated care plans, addressing all facets of a client's wellbeing.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training events, and staying informed on emerging mental health research to enhance therapeutic competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a wide spectrum of backgrounds and mental health challenges. You will be working with children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with issues ranging from mood disorders and anxiety to trauma and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our compensation package includes:
