Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify and diagnose individual emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches.

• Educate clients on effective coping mechanisms, self-care strategies, and therapeutic exercises to aid in their healing journey.

• Continuously monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling or a related field is a minimum requirement; however, a Master's degree in counseling or a closely related area is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on your experience, caseload availability, and skill set. In addition to competitive pay, you will benefit from client referrals facilitated by our center, significantly expanding your practice base. We also provide support with billing and documentation, allowing you to reduce your administrative workload while maximizing client interaction.
