Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Digital Health, you will undertake various responsibilities aimed at providing top-notch mental health services, including but not limited to:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions where clients can share their experiences, foster connections, and learn adaptive coping strategies.

• Individual Counseling: Deliver personalized therapy sessions that help clients explore their thoughts and feelings, while developing individualized action plans to navigate their challenges.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design actionable, goal-oriented treatment plans that cater to their specific emotional and mental health needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and track client progress using specialized assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure their therapeutic goals are being met.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care, discuss complex cases, and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating a range of mental health challenges. Through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), we provide specialized support that addresses issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. The LPC plays a crucial role in helping clients rediscover their strengths and create a roadmap for recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
