Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, using evidence-based methods to develop a comprehensive understanding of their situations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique circumstances and treatment goals of each client, regularly reviewing progress and making adjustments as necessary to promote efficacy.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is centered on providing mental health services to a diverse clientele, which may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
