  • Facilitate Group Therapy: You will lead therapeutic group sessions designed to foster community, encourage sharing, and promote healing among clients. These sessions will be focused on creating a safe space for individuals to connect and learn from one another.

  • Conduct Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling that encourages clients to explore their innermost thoughts and emotional states. You will assist them in developing coping strategies and constructive action plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

Your primary focus will be on young adults struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. You will work to empower these individuals to overcome their challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals, providing a lifeline of support during their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) licensure is required.

  • Strong foundational knowledge and experience in mental health treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Previous experience working in residential or outpatient settings with clients experiencing mental health or mood disorders.

  • Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of $85,000–$100,000.
