This full-time position is remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still connecting with clients. While responsibilities will primarily be conducted virtually, our outpatient office environment ensures a robust support system. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and professional relationships while adhering to ethics and confidentiality.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather information about clients’ backgrounds, mental health histories, and treatment needs.

• Create individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they align with their goals and preferences.

• Schedule and conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, reassess treatment goals, and provide emotional support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any other required documentation.

• Participate in individual and group supervision sessions to foster personal and professional development and enhance clinical skills.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and share insights on client treatment.

• Continuously cultivate a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and integrating new therapeutic techniques into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health support to youth and adolescents facing various psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our clinicians are skilled at employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique developmental and emotional needs of younger clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania is necessary.

• Ability to meet and maintain internal credentialing requirements within relevant clinical settings.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or individuals facing substance abuse issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
