Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop detailed, personalized treatment plans that lay out clear goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, coping strategies, and additional resources for sustained support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements in compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements that govern clinical practice, ensuring the confidentiality of client information and informed consent for services.

Your role will primarily focus on a diverse client population comprised of adults, children, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, ensuring you receive timely compensation for your work.
