Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring to establish rapport, trust, and a safe therapeutic relationship while upholding professional ethics.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and determine the appropriateness of discharge when clients meet their therapeutic goals.

• Develop, implement, and consistently monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are person-centered and culturally sensitive.

• Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to ascertain clients' needs and develop aligned treatment strategies.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients and participate in regular supervision sessions to foster professional growth.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care and refer clients to additional services as necessary.

• Embrace a growth mindset in all work aspects, consistently seeking out new skills, techniques, and learnings to enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families. You will be responsible for addressing a range of mental health conditions, from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and trauma. Your ability to provide empathetic and individualized care will be essential in creating positive outcomes for your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, and other relevant software tools.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and completing required documentation in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth delivery of mental health services is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Experience working with a diverse range of client populations, including those from underserved communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation in the range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, with a fee-for-service model that ensures financial stability.
