Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, incorporating initial assessments and thorough evaluations of their mental health status.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.

• Conduct regular progress assessments to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that each client is receiving the most effective care for their development.

• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and medical staff, to deliver a holistic approach to client care.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes comprehensively to comply with clinic standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals aged 18 and older who seek assistance in overcoming emotional challenges and achieving personal growth. Our diverse client base includes those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating an understanding of various counseling techniques and client care methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
