Key Responsibilities\n

• Create personalized treatment plans by conducting comprehensive assessments and initial evaluations tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing scientifically supported approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to organizational policies and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay abreast of best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• The salary range for this position is competitive and set between USD $80,000 and $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
